  1. In a food processor add all ingredients except chia seeds.
  2. Pulse for 2-3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. The longer you process your dough the better it will hold together as it becomes more refined and sticky. Do not over mix, as you still want some texture to chew rather than turning it into a paste.
  3. Add chia seeds to mixer and manually mix them in.
  4. Transfer your dough into a bowl and put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to make it easier to roll.
  5. Using a retractable cookie scoop, create 15 bite-sized balls. Use your hands to make them perfectly round.
  6. Store in fridge or freezer until serving.
