Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine together all of the dry ingredients except the chocolate chips.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash banana and add in the rest of the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix until well combined. Add in chocolate chips.
  5. Form dough into a ball and transfer to baking sheet. Using your hands flatten dough into a disk. You may need to wet your hands if the dough is sticking to you.
  6. Using a pizza cutter, score dough into 8 pieces. Place in oven to bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
